Ford Partners with ReStore for Donation Drive

Ford dealerships and Habitat for Humanity affiliates across the country are teaming up for a special donation drive to support affordable housing! During the Building Stronger Communities campaign, Apple Ford needs your help to "fill-a-Ford" with items to donate to Twin Cities Habitat ReStores. The donation campaign runs March 20 through April 1, 2025.

Ford and its dealers have always been about putting action above words and never hesitating to get involved when communities need help, especially when the communities they serve need help the most. With the rising cost of materials and a volatile housing market, Apple Ford wants to help Twin Cities Habitat help more local families achieve the dream of affordable homeownership. Your donation makes a big impact! There are two ways to donate:

1. Donate gently used power tools and hand tools, lighting fixtures, small furniture items, and household goods to ReStore. You can drop off items at Apple Ford (7200 150th St W, Apple Valley, MN 55124) OR at one of our two ReStore locations. Items donated at Apple Ford will then be sold at our ReStore locations. All revenue generated goes directly to support Twin Cities Habitat's construction materials and housing programs.
   
   
2. Make a monetary donation to support Twin Cities Habitat's homeownership initiatives, including tools and materials for building homes in the seven-county metro. Any amount makes a difference!

Specific items we're in need of include working tools, newer appliances (under 10 years), quality building materials, and gently used home furnishings. This is an ideal time for ReStore and Habitat supporters who live in the south metro that may not get to our other ReStore locations often. ReStore also offers a free pickup service for larger items. The revenue from donated items ultimately funds the construction of FIVE Habitat homes each year!

Ford and its dealers have a long history of giving back, and this partnership reinforces their commitment to building stronger neighborhoods – one home at a time. In addition, Apple Ford will donate $25 to ReStore for every vehicle sold March 20 through April 1!
