What happens next?

  1. Check your inbox for an email confirming the pickup.
    • IMPORTANT: your confirmation email will be in your inbox or your junk/spam folder. Please check these locations to ensure your pickup was scheduled. If you do not receive an email, your pickup did not go through.
  2. A member of the donations team will contact you with any questions we may have about your donation.
  3. You will receive a reminder email the day before the pickup.

In the meantime, here are some great tips on preparing your item for donation:

  • Clean your item.
  • Gather all the pieces and make sure all necessary hardware or components are present.

Here's a list of reminders for your donation pickup day:

  • Please place items outside the home (garage, driveway, etc). Our staff cannot enter a residence to pick up items or assist with moving them.
  • Please clearly label items as "Habitat ReStore Donation" to visually verify the donation for our truck drivers.
