ReStore heads to the build site.
This fall, ReStore is taking on the ultimate upcycle project by helping repair and restore a Habitat home in Roseville!
Learn more and join us on this journey of ReStore in action!

The Property
The house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath rambler just north of the expansive Reservoir Woods Park in Roseville. The home came to Twin Cities Habitat by the late owner who made the generous decision to offer Habitat the opportunity to purchase the property.
Professional contractors were brought in over the summer and fall to start demo work and large-scale tasks. Soon, we'll need the help of volunteers to restore the property to completion.
By summer 2027, a new family can call this place home!

The Project
Exeprience community impact in a new way!
Designated volunteer days give the ReStore community a chance to experience Habitat's mission firsthand.
Volunteer tasks may include priming and painting; installing cabinets, trim, or tile; assembling shelves and doors. No experience needed - we teach volunteers everything they need to know! A typical day on site is 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Work Ahead
Here are the types of projects our professional contractors and volunteers will be working on over the next several months:
- Replace the driveway and sidewalks
- Update the electrical
- Update the HVAC ducting
- Replace the AC
- Gut and re-configure the lower-level bathroom
- Re-do the lower level family room
