How to Request a Donation Pickup from ReStore

Are you interested in donating large items or a large quantity of items? Don't stress about fitting everything into your vehicle! If you're wondering how to get your donations to ReStore, consider requesting a pickup. Free and priority options are available. Here's how to get started.

Review Accepted Donation Items

Before you request a pickup, make sure to check if your item(s) is on our acceptable items list. Please make sure your items are clean, in good condition, and in working order. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to prepare your items.

Unfortunately, we can't accept every item for donation. If you have an item we do not accept, check out community organizations that might take your donation.

Request a Pickup Online

When you visit our Residential Pickup Request page, you'll have the option to pick free or priority pickup. You can tell us where you're located, what you're donating, and select the next available day in your area. After you submit your request, our donations team will follow up with you to confirm details.

What to Do on Pickup Day

If you scheduled a free pickup, please place your items outside of your house on the curb, driveway, or garage. If you scheduled a priority pickup, you can leave your items in your home or storage unit. Also—if you won't be home during your scheduled pickup time, please clearly label the items you're donating. That way, donation drivers know exactly what to take and what to leave.
